Panda Stomp is an Oklahoma-based contra band with Jacob Chen on piano, guitar, fiddle, and feet with Sarah Bellows on flute. Jacob and Sarah often play with a third guest musician from time to time. Panda Stomp provides a folk dance experience ranging from playful, calypso-esque tunes to sultry, smooth sets. Dancers are met with invigorating energy, magical moments, and joyful smiles through the music. Jacob and Sarah started off as college classmates playing in various ensembles and configurations. After a few years, they continued to play together and developed their own sound for contra and English country dances.
